Studio 5253 was approached by the Businessman to restore and design his old villa located in the beautiful setting of Sanremo, a small coastal town of Italy. The team at Studio 5253 came up with several designs for the exteriors and interiors and prepared visuals to convey the design to the Businessman. Once the design was approved Studio 5253 prepared high quality renders and animations to help the businessman sell the property. Every detail and finish was carefully selected and expressed in the visuals to give the viewer an immersive experience.
